Serenity Gifts is now open again after the coronavirus measures have been put in place and safety precautions are being adhered to, ensuring all our staff and work colleagues are in a safe and supportive environment.
This also means our delivery options have altered slightly. Due to COVID-19 we are changing our delivery options to make it safer for everyone. We hope you can support our small family business as we try to keep these safety measures in place.
Your order will be despatched via Hermes couriers with contact free delivery, or via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery (if your item can fit through your letter box). We are temporarily removing the 2nd class postage option (standard delivery).
Hermes Couriers or Royal Mail 1st Class are both at £4.95 per order - In stock items dispatched within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail first class post, items should arrive within 3-4 days but please allow a little longer in these busy times. Hermes will be delivered in approx. 3 working days from pick up, but please allow a little longer in these busy times.

- Orders Below £3.50 - a special low price of £1.95
*Please note: For certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery will take an additional 2-3 days to arrive. We regret that we are unable to dispatch orders to addresses outside the UK and Northern Ireland at this time.
For Republic of Ireland customers, please feel free to contact us, as we may be able to post certain items to you. Just send an email with the products you're hoping to purchase and we can quote the delivery costs.
Returning an Item

Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as we'll be unable to refund the cost if you do. Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation immediately.
